FROM FROSTED ROSE' to SAMPHIRE CHARAZ

Our Frosted Rosé, a testament to resilience in the face of adversity. In September 2016,  our vineyard was severely frosted, leaving us with a mere 900 kg of grapes for the 2017 vintage.  We turned this challenge into a unique opportunity, blending Shiraz and chardonnay in a way that had never been tried before.
 
Since then, we've continued to craft our Samphire Charaz Rosé, a light dusty pink wine that embodies the dedication and effort we pour into our vines each season. Join us in savouring this exquisite blend, born from both the challenges of nature and our commitment to making the most of every harvest. WHITE
We regret to inform you that, due to adverse weather conditions, we currently do not have any Chardonnay available. Over the past six years, we’ve only managed to produce two vintages. While this is disappointing, we ensure that the grapes do not go to waste; they are crushed together with some Shiraz grapes to create our delightful Shiraz/Chardonnay Rosé.
